Mohan Gyani joins the Board of Directors as the CEO & Chairman of the Board of Roamware, Inc., a Silicon Valley private company that provides value added services to over 180 wireless services operators in over 70 countries. Mr. Gyani contributes 27 years of telecom and wireless industry experience to his role as a member of SiRF’s Board. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services, where he led the company’s domestic voice and data mobility businesses, focusing on improving operating results, building out a new nationwide GSM network, and accelerating growth. Previously, he was head of Strategy and Corporate Development and a member of the Board of Directors for Vodafone AirTouch PLC. Prior to its merger with Vodafone, Mr. Gyani was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AirTouch Communications, where he played a major operational and strategic role in the company’s growth from an IPO to a $70 Billion global company in five years. Mr. Gyani graduated from San Francisco State University in 1978 with an M.B.A. in Finance, and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University; where he graduated in 1973, Summa Cum Laude.
